Frame Set Nicolazi Design: Master liquid and sauce cooking on outdoor cooktops
Turn your flat plancha or fire pit cooktop into a high-precision chef workstation with the Frame Set by Nicolazi Design. Crafted for ultimate culinary versatility, this innovative set of stainless steel frames solves the biggest challenge of plancha grilling: containing liquids, gravies, and sauces.
Made from premium food-grade stainless steel engineered to withstand extreme heat and weathering, each frame sits securely on your cooktop to form a dedicated cooking zone. Now you can reduce sauces, slow-simmer stews, deglaze with wine, or poach delicate ingredients without juices draining off the edges or into the central fire.
Featuring several complementary sizes, the Frame Set lets you customize your cooking layout and manage multiple dishes simultaneously—from simmering side sauces to searing meat in rich marinades.
