The Quan technology is based on the production of eco-friendly wood-fired ovens. They can reach high temperatures of 400°C, necessary for baking a Neapolitan pizza or your bread. Our wood-fired ovens are equipped with a dome covered with a layer of different types of steel. This provides better insulation and keeps the heat in the cooking chamber for a longer time. The floor and the vault are constructed with the finest internal refractory materials. Additionally, the base comes with an extra refractory layer. This is ideal for controlling heat loss and stabilizing temperature.

High thermal mass.
When you burn wood, heat accumulates refractorily at the core of the oven. The shape and thickness of the components ensure minimal heat loss. This provides an extremely long-lasting convective heat, allowing you to bake a wide variety of pizzas or breads in a single session and a single batch of wood. On average, you will only need 4 to 6 kg of wood to heat your oven to over 400 ° and bake your pizzas.
