An innovative concept.

Our QUAN range of fire pit griddles allows you to enjoy a combined fire pit and griddle cooking solution. The fire pit is open in the center of the cooking area, and the stainless steel griddle surrounds it. When cooking on our Quan griddle plate, it reaches a temperature of 400°C, much higher than a traditional barbecue. Thanks to the designed channels and vents, it quickly reaches its optimal temperature.

At Nicolazi Design, we believe that the kitchen area can easily extend outdoors to create a friendly and lively space. We have envisioned a new concept, both elegant and functional, of outdoor fire pits and griddles.

High-Quality Materials Built to Last Over Time.

Available in corten steel (rust-treated steel) or carbon steel, our braséros plancha are the result of rigorous engineering and numerous tests. Made with high-quality materials and designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions. Our Premium line takes the outdoor cooking experience to an even higher level. The robust double-layered base and the thickened top plate made of hardened carbon steel of over 15mm ensure their durability.

Gas or wood-fired.

Our Quan gas cooktops are an ideal solution for personal or professional use in restaurants, bars, hotels, and catering businesses (HoReCa). They can be used indoors as well as outdoors. The propane bottle is located inside the base. The product features 2 burners, one for cooking and one for decorative effect.

For our wood-fired cooking models, the robust double-layer base also serves as an air inlet, using channels and vents that ensure an optimal amount of airflow, making ignition easier and producing less smoke.

Practical and functional.

To facilitate use and maintenance, we have also integrated an external ashtray for our wood-burning cooking models. The inner bowl is made of stainless steel and can be removed for cleaning. An adjustable central grate for wood is available as an accessory for cooking, which you can adjust under the central hearth. Our complete protective covers are sold separately.
